Urban Planning Case Study - NEW ADDITION !!!

Dear members and visitors,

As of today we have a new addition to our ESADE Real Estate Research Center. As part of our Design Management class here at ESADE, my colleague Lauren Noecker and I worked on a comparative case study of the two cities - Barcelona and Los Angeles. We looked into the way they developed from an urban planning point of view. In this study you will find how and when these cities started and where they are today. There is also analysis of issues such as zoning laws, environmental impacts, transportation and other topics relevant to the discussion of urban planning and development.

This blog has been created by ESADE community for all those interested in Real Estate profession. Essentialy it is a knowledge center. Amongst other things it will provide links and listings of real estate companies, links to the industry news sources and most importantly research done by ESADE students.
